1. Eligibility
AskRumi is intended solely for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering for an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.
2. Information We Collect
A. Account Information
When you create an account, we collect:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Gender
- Date of Birth
- Mobile Number
- Email Address
- Password (stored securely in encrypted form)
To verify your identity, an OTP (One-Time Password) is sent to your registered mobile number and email address before your account is activated.
B. Aura Check Information
When you use the Aura Check feature, we collect:
- Responses to the Aura questionnaire
- Generated Aura Color
- Date and time of assessment
You may optionally upload a selfie while completing the Aura Check. The selfie is processed only for the current session and is not stored, retained, or used for any future purpose.
C. AI Conversations
When you interact with AskRumi through chat or voice conversations, we may process:
- Text conversations
- Voice conversation data necessary to provide the service
- Selected conversation topics
- Conversation timestamps
This information helps us provide personalized emotional wellness conversations and improve the quality of our services.
D. Bio-Well Scan Booking
When you book a Bio-Well Scan, we collect:
- Selected city
- Preferred appointment date
- Preferred time slot
- Address details
- Booking status
- Applied promotional codes (if any)
If you add family members to the booking, we collect: First Name, Last Name, Gender, Date of Birth, and Relationship with the primary participant.
E. Bio-Well Reports
After your Bio-Well Scan is completed, we may store:
- Bio-Well Report
- AI-generated report summary
- Wellness insights
These reports are displayed within the application to provide your wellness assessment.
F. Payment Information
Payments are processed securely through our payment partner OroPay. We may receive and maintain records relating to transaction amounts, payment status, booking status, invoice info, and receipt documentation. AskRumi does not collect or store your debit card, credit card, banking credentials, or UPI PIN.
G. Analytics & Diagnostic Information
To improve our application and user experience, we collect analytics and diagnostic information using Firebase Analytics, including screen views, feature usage, session parameters, device configurations, application performance, and crash reports.
H. Communication Information
To provide secure authentication and service communications, we process mobile/email verification parameters and transactional notification records. Mobile OTPs and SMS notifications are delivered through MSG91 using Airtel DLT registered sender IDs.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to manage accounts, generate Aura insights, facilitate AI-powered conversations, manage Bio-Well Scan bookings, deliver notifications, improve system stability, and satisfy local statutory obligations.
4. Artificial Intelligence
AskRumi uses Artificial Intelligence technologies to deliver personalized emotional wellness conversations and wellness insights. Our services currently utilize:
- Google Gemini: Conversational AI, report summarization and image analysis
- Google Chirp: Speech-to-Text
- ElevenLabs: Voice generation
5. Third-Party Service Providers
We work with trusted third-party providers to operate our services, including Google Firebase, Google Gemini, Google Chirp, ElevenLabs, AuroPay, MSG91, and Airtel DLT.
Shopify Store: AskRumi may provide links to our Shopify-powered online store where users can browse and purchase wellness products, such as crystals. Purchases made on the Shopify store are subject to Shopify's specific terms and policies. We do not sell your personal information.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, or destruction.
7. Data Retention
We retain your information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain your active profiles, settle billing balances, or resolve valid legal disputes.

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, update, or correct your personal information. You can contact us directly regarding any privacy questions or active concerns.
9. Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not store the optional selfie uploaded during Aura Check.
- We do not store your payment card information or banking credentials.
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
10. Emotional Wellness Disclaimer
AskRumi is an AI-powered emotional wellness companion and is not a doctor, therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, medical practitioner, or licensed healthcare professional. Responses are intended solely for conversational, informational, and emotional wellness purposes. If you are experiencing an emergency or crisis, contact local emergency healthcare professionals immediately.
11. Children's Privacy
AskRumi is intended only for users aged 18 years and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18.

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of AskRumi after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised configuration.
